The SpilMax 140L Chemical Spill Kit is supplied in a wheeled bin and is a portable spill control station. Ideal for any area where liquids are stored or potentially spilled. The wheelie bin makes it easy to walk the spill kit to the nearby spill.

SpilMax Chemical Spill Kits are ideal to keep on hand for emergency spill response where leaks and spills of more aggressive hazardous chemicals are possible. Chemical (hazchem) spill kits are designed to absorb the widest range of liquids. They are generally used in applications which include a variety of risks and contaminants. The polypropylene absorbents in the chemical spill kit will contain and absorb water, bodily fluids, oils, fuels, diesel, coolant, solvents, paint, general workplace chemicals and common agricultural chemicals, oxidisers, acids and caustics. Since these absorbents also pick up water, they are not recommended for oil-on-water spills.

This SpilMax spill kit includes versatile SpilMax Zeolite Floor Sweep. Zeolite Floor Sweep is an all-natural heat-sterilised mineral that’s non-abrasive, non-toxic and non-hazardous. Zeolite’s granular texture and large surface area allow it to absorb liquids, vapours and toxic odours. Zeolite’s strong wicking action pulls spills from the surface and as a result leaves less residue. Zeolite Floor Sweep is used to clean up most chemicals and liquids, including oils, grease, petrol, diesel, solvents, coolant, degreasers, mild acids, bases, paints, varnish, inks, dyes, edibles, water, disinfectants, ammonia, commercial liquid waste, urine and other human and animal fluids.

This SpilMax Workplace Spill Kit is supplied in a heavy-duty HDPE wheeled bin with a hinged lid and the container keeps the contents dry and clean. These moveable spill kits are ideal in workshops, warehouses, production areas, construction sites and decanting areas. The bins are UV resistant. Spill Kit Covers can be added to ensure they are fully weatherproof if being stored exposed to the elements.

Each spill kit has instructions located on the outside of the bag for easy reference during a spill clean-up.
